RETURN POLICY

CASES OF RETURN

In case you wish to return a product, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been violated.
  • For hygienic reasons, returns of perfumes are not accepted.
  • No changes or returns are accepted on products sold in Bazaar operations.

 Returning a product you have two options:

Product Replacement

In case of replacement of a non-defective product you will be charged with the following charges:

  • Return costs: 3 €
  • Cash on delivery cost of the new parcel: € 7.95
  • Shipping costs of the new parcel: € 2.95

Money Return

In this case you will be charged a refund of € 3, which will be deducted from the value of the product or products you returned.

Shipping or cash on delivery costs are non-refundable.

 Your refund will be as follows:

  • On your debit / credit card, if the payment of the order has been made through it.
  • In the bank account you have stated to us, if the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery.

Your refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the products from our company.

In case of any defect, eg the product is broken in the package during shipment, scratches, etc. it is replaced only if we are informed on the day of receipt by you and receive a corresponding photo and video.

No replacement is possible beyond this time.

  • In case the product is intact, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any extra charge.
  • In case of our mistake, we fully refund you the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs. In this case you will not be charged any additional fees.

 

 USEFUL NOTES

  • In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, www.CarloDali.com has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them or refund.
  • In any case it is necessary to provide proof. 

  • The products you wish to return can only be sent to us through the cooperating courier companies (SPEEDEX & ACS  

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

In case of any defect, eg broken inside the package during shipment, then we replace the defective product with a new one.

Replacement can only take place if the company has been notified immediately upon receipt of the parcel by the courier companies (SPEEDEX & ACS).
In case you wish to replace a product with another product code, let us know of your wish.

The new product will be invoiced with the prices and discounts that are valid on the day of sending the return. 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1. Inform us about the change and the product you want.

Step 2. Pack the product back to the package in which it was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport.

Place a photocopy of the purchase receipt in the same package.

Step 3. Send the package with the above courier companies, calling the store closest to you and stating that the charge will be made to the company CARLO DALI IKE Shipping address: CARLO DALI, 1 Poseidonos Ave., Alimos 174 55, (phone: 210 98888 ).

 

 

 

 

  USEFUL NOTES

  • Returns are sent exclusively to the address listed in Step 3.
  • In case the package arrives and it is proved that the return conditions analyzed above do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
